Dance moves, trick shots, Quran verses, anime scenes, ASMR triggers — loop any moment of a YouTube video and slow it down.
Updated October 2026
LoopTube started as a practice tool for musicians, but people loop all sorts of things. Anything on YouTube with one moment you want to see or hear again works the same way: paste the link, mark the moment with A and B, slow it down if you need to, and let it repeat.
💃 Salsa and partner dance
Turn patterns and footwork go by in a couple of seconds. Loop just that eight-count and slow it to 50% so you can see where the lead's hand goes and when the follow steps.
Set A on the "1" and B on the end of the eight-count, so every repeat starts on the beat.
Add a count-in so you have time to step back into position before the loop restarts.
Use the tempo trainer to creep from 50% back up to full speed as the pattern settles in.
🎯 Trick shots, stunts and sports technique
The interesting part of a trick shot or a stunt is usually under three seconds long. Loop it and drop to 25% speed to watch the release, the spin or the landing in slow motion, over and over.
Mark the run-up as well as the shot — the set-up is often where the trick is.
Share a link that opens on exactly that loop, so friends see the same moment you did.
Works with YouTube Shorts links too.
📖 Quran recitation and memorization
Memorizing (hifz) means hearing the same ayah many times. Loop a single verse from your favourite reciter, repeat it until it sticks, then move the markers to the next one.
Slow the recitation to 75% to follow each word and the tajweed — the reciter's voice keeps its natural pitch.
Save each verse as a loop so you can return to where you left off.
The same works for hymns, chants, prayers and scripture readings in any tradition.
🎬 Anime scenes, openings and animation study
Loop a favourite opening, a fight scene or a single cut of animation. Slowing a sequence down is how animators and fans study timing, and how language learners catch a line of Japanese dialogue.
Loop a short cut at 25% to study the drawings and timing.
Loop one line of dialogue to learn it by ear.
Keep a whole opening on repeat while you draw or study.
🎧 ASMR and relaxing sounds
Most ASMR videos have one section that does it for you. Mark that trigger and LoopTube repeats just that part for as long as the tab is open.
Loop the exact trigger instead of scrubbing back every few minutes.
Works the same for rain, white noise or a lullaby — loop the whole video or just the calm part.
Yes. Drag the A and B markers around any section, however short, and only that part repeats. Fine-tune each marker until the loop starts and ends exactly where you want.
Can I watch a YouTube video in slow motion?
Yes. Set the tempo anywhere from 25% to 200%. At 25% a one-second move takes four seconds, which is usually enough to see what is happening.
Does it work with YouTube Shorts?
Yes. Paste a Shorts link (youtube.com/shorts/…) and it loads in the looper like any other video.
Can I send someone the exact moment I looped?
Yes. Use Share to copy a link that opens LoopTube on the same video with the same loop already set.
Is it free?
Looping and slowing down YouTube videos is free, with no account and no limit on loops.
Loop your moment
Paste any YouTube link — looping and slow motion are free.
